Delivery & Shipping Policy

Delivery Policy

 

1. All orders are shipped using BH Packaging's Delivery Team within the Kota Kinabalu Area. 

2. For orders from Outstation Area of Sabah (excluded Kota Kinabalu), we will courier the item/parcel by other courier services such as local courier service providers and bus transport. 
    All Outstation delivery fee will be pay by customer. 

3. All deliveries are only within Sabah. Address, Street names and Postcode must be correct and accurate. 

4. We reserve the right to refuse the delivery for second times for failed delivery due to invalid address provided. 

5. DO NOT accept the parcel if you have received the item(s) with opened/damaged packaging. 

6. If you are not at home/premises to receive your purchased order, please contact us within a stipulated timeframe for next deliveries or pick up. 

7. If the order is not collected within the stipulated time, the order may be disposed and there shall not be any refund for the amount purchased for that order.

8. We only use standard packaging materials for all orders. 

9. We deliver each order to one delivery address within Sabah. 

10. We reserve the right to refuse to deliver item/parcel for any order(s).

11. All delivery will only proceed after payment has been fully made. 

 

 

 

Shipping Charges

 

1. We are free of charge for the order that purchased above RM100 within the area of Kota Kinabalu. 

2. A standard shipping fee & handling fee of RM10 will be imposed to customer for every order that purchase value less than RM100 and within the area of Kota Kinabalu.

3. Shipping fee and handling fee for outstation area of Sabah (outbound of Kota Kinabalu) will be charges and bear by customer. The amount of shipping fee is subjected to the courier rates provided by our courier service partner(s) and vary based on the delivery location. 

4. STRICTLY NO REFUND for all kind of shipping & handling charges. 

5. Subject to charge for second or more delivery trip for the same recipient/consignee. 

6. We research the right to have additional charge for special requirements requested by customer. 

7. All orders are dispatched and delivered by the designated carrier from Monday to Sunday and Public Holidays, exceptions apply.  

8. All payment must be made by Cash On Delivery (C.O.D) or online transfer with the payment slip send to our customer service team as payment proof. 

 

 

 

Delivery Lead Time

 

1. Order confirmation and closing time is before 11 am from Monday to Saturday (except Sunday and public holidays and considered the next business working day where applicable).

2. Confirmed orders will be processed within the next four (4) business working days, excluding Saturday, Sunday & public holidays.

3. Delivery lead time for Orders to arrive (after processing and packing) is as follows:-

  • Within Kota Kinabalu : 2 - 3 business working days.*
  • Within Sabah: 2 - 5 business working days.*

*subject to courier service’s changes.

 

 

 

Safe Delivery & Authority To Leave

 

All delivery orders must be signed on the Delivery Note or Invoice unless you have given authority to leave goods without a signature. Please note, however, if you have given authority to leave goods without a signature, you accept full responsibility if your parcel is lost or stolen from your property. 

 

 

 

Sales, Promotions and Festives Periods

 

1. During peak online sales & promotional periods, orders and deliveries may take longer time.

2. For festive seasons, please place your order 20 (twenty) days in advance in addition to the regular lead time required.

 

 

 

Problem shipment

 

1. Delay Shipment will not be compensated with no exception. 

2. BH Pacakging will be responsible for the delivery fee of missing/wronged item/order delivered to our customer.
